The First Ever Rally to Prevent Suicide – April 21, 2018

The National Council for Suicide Prevention along with numerous behavioral health, military and veterans organizations invite you to stand on the steps of the US Capitol and send a message to Congress that suicide prevention needs to be a priority in the USA. Top leaders in the field of suicide prevention will be speaking along with individuals who have attempted suicide and families who have lost a loved one to suicide.

Come to Capitol Hill at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, and let Congress know that preventing suicide is everyone’s business. Join hundreds at the Rally to Prevent Suicide on the west front steps of the Capitol, where mental health and addictions representatives, military and veterans’ organizations and suicide survivors will help lawmakers understand why suicide prevention must be a public health priority
