Teen Stress 101

We all experience stress and anxiety to some extent. Stress can be positive and negative. It can be our body’s way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation.  It can also cause negative physical, mental and behavioral changes.  Helping youth navigate the stressful teen years is important to their healthy development.   The RespectTeam is hosting an Empowerment Session on March 15, 2017 to help those that live and work with teens teach them how to manage stress in healthy ways.
